3.
SOLIDS: The particles in a Solid are closly bonded and dont not move around as much. they also dont have a lot of kinetic energy. for example a cement block is a solid therefor it can not change its shape and is not bendable.
LIGUIDS: The particles in a Liguid are bonded together but the have seperated and are moving around in a pattern. they also have some kinetic energy. for example: water is a type of liguid. it moves around and can take the shape of the object it is in.
GASES: The particles in a Gas move around freely and are not bonded at all. it also has lots of kinetic energy. for example: the gas in a pot is the hot air and when the pots lid jumps up and down means that the gas is trying to escape.

4.
Why do icebergs float in antarctic and arctic waters? I think that the icebergs float because the iceburgs are lighter than the water so they float ubove the water
Do you think there is much of the iceberg under water or is it mostly above the water? no there is more ice under water then there is ubove
How could you test your hypothesis?

5.
When you have a jar with a very tight lid, you can run it under hot water and it becomes easier to open. Why?

Can you trust your senses?
